Useful enquiries
Corrections. If an entry contains an error — a misplaced location, an outdated description, a property that has closed or changed materially — send the specifics and they will be checked and fixed.
Suggestions. A hotel you believe fits one of the four categories is worth mentioning. Include the name, where it is, and which category you think it belongs to.
Press and permissions. Questions about reproducing text from the site, or about how a property has been described, are welcome.
What this inbox cannot do
It cannot make, alter or cancel a hotel booking. gotoplays holds no reservation system and has no relationship with any property's front desk — a message sent here will not reach a hotel.
It cannot confirm rates, availability, check-in times or room specifics. Those change constantly and only the hotel itself can answer them reliably.
It cannot provide travel advice, itineraries or personal recommendations. The entries on the site are the extent of what is offered.
A note on paid placement
There is none. No hotel appears on this site because it asked to, and no entry can be bought, improved or removed through payment. If that ever changes, it will be stated plainly on this page first.
